LUX MED acquired Lecznice Citomed, the owner of six outpatient facilities and a multi-specialist hospital located in Toruń, offering a wide range of services incl. specialist consultations, occupational medicine, hospital services, imaging diagnostics (including MRI and CT examinations) and dental treatment.
Lecznice Citomed is a leading healthcare provider in Toruń with nearly 30 years of market presence, offering six outpatient clinics with 54 medical practices and 26 treatment rooms as well as a multi-specialist hospital equipped with modern operating rooms. It provides care for almost 90 thousand patients, incl. more than 40 thousand National Healthcare Fund’s primary care subscribers. The Company has almost 500 employees, incl. 190 doctors and 113 nurses and hygienists.
