On 7th September 2021, Symfonia announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% stake in Reset2.pl, one of the leading payroll software providers in Poland.
The Company has over 17k active licenses and offers 5 main payroll and accounting products including, R2Platnik.
This acquisition will reinforce Symfonia’s position in the payroll & HCM space and allow Symfonia to offer new value-add services to its now over 46k strong customer base.
The Reset2.pl acquisition is in line with Symfonia’s long term strategy of expanding its product portfolio, and it also highlights Symfonia’s appetite to grow inorganically and consolidate the fragmented enterprise software market in Poland and the CEE region.
