On 5th November 2021, CDT Medicus announced entering into agreement to partner with Medicover, one of the leading private medical services providers in the CEE

Since its foundation in 1992, CDT Medicus has developed into a regional leader in healthcare services and currently operates 2 hospital facilities, 13 multispecialist outpatient clinics, as well as 3 comprehensive diagnostic laboratories. The Group employs c.a. 1000 employees, including 330 doctors and 225 nurses and operates through various schemes, including commercial fee-for-service (FFS) model, NHF-financed outpatient and inpatient services, medical subscriptions, and cooperates with Poland’s most influential medical groups as a subcontractor.

Our impeccable reputation is built on a diversified revenue base, covering the full spectrum of medical services and well-considered business development decisions up to date. Medicover which has a grounded international position shares our values and commitment to high-quality services. It is another step to expand the range of provided medical services. Medicover, which grew to become one of the leading providers of specialised diagnostic and healthcare services in CEE already manages a portfolio of facilities including Medicover Hospital, Damian Hospital, Neomedic Group, MML Medical Centre in Warsaw and the Dom Lekarski chain in Szczecin.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
