We are delighted to share that United Beverages, a Polish alcoholic beverages distributor and importer, has acquired a majority stake in Dom Whisky, an e-commerce & stationary platform offering premium alcohols. Vienna Capital Partners acted in the role of a buy-side advisor to United Beverages – we provided the buyers with bespoke investment banking services including strategic analyses, deal tactics and other ad-hoc assignments as well as support in SPA negotiations strategy.
The parties have joined forces to strengthen position in the Polish market and continue their dynamic growth.
