We are delighted to announce that Penta Hospitals Poland — part of the largest international network of hospitals and outpatient clinics in Central and Eastern Europe — has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Grupa ProAltum.
ProAltum Group operates two facilities in Mysłowice and Ustronie Morskie, offering a total of over 300 beds. Strategically located near major urban centers, the group delivers specialized, tailored care to both domestic and international clients. The acquisition underscores the rising demand for high-quality, accessible elderly care in the region.
This strategic move aligns with Penta Hospitals International’s broader mission to expand and diversify its healthcare services. Penta Hospitals Poland, a key part of the network, already manages 20 hospitals and 18 outpatient clinics, serving over 1 million patients annually with services ranging from primary and specialist care to advanced diagnostics and hospital treatments.
