Penta Hospitals Poland, part of the largest international network of hospitals and outpatient clinics in Central and Eastern Europe, is strengthening its presence in southern Poland, continuing the Company’s long-term care segment development strategy. On May 7th, 2025, an agreement was signed under which NZOZ Pasternik, a local nursing care facility, officially joined the Group.

NZOZ Pasternik is a long-term care center located in the Kraków metropolitan area, providing 24-hour nursing and medical care to more than 100 patients. The facility offers comprehensive support, including medical, nursing, psychological, and physiotherapy services.

This marks Penta Hospitals’ second transaction in the long-term care sector. With its completed acquisitions this year, Penta Hospitals Poland will be able to provide care for over 400 additional patients across three different locations.

Penta Hospitals Poland was advised by Vienna Capital Partners (M&A), Duraj Reck i Partnerzy (Legal) and Deloitte (Financial and Tax).
