This time, our team acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor in the acquisition of Dom Opieki Józefina, a centre specialising in high-quality care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other cognitive or functional disorders.
This latest transaction represents another important step in Penta Hospitals’ strategy to build a best-in-class long-term care platform and marks yet another successful deal in this rapidly developing area. The addition of Dom Opieki Józefina brings the Penta Group’s capacity to over 1,220 senior care beds, with nearly 800 supported by NFZ funding and over 400 offered commercially.
