As part of its strategy to develop long-term care services, Penta Hospitals Poland is expanding its presence in southern Poland. The company is part of the largest international network of hospitals and outpatient clinics in Central and Eastern Europe.
On January 21, 2026, Ośrodek Pielęgniarstwa “Pomoc w Zdrowiu i w Chorobie”, a local long-term care provider, became part of the Group.
Ośrodek Pielęgniarstwa „Pomoc w Zdrowiu i w Chorobie” operates two high-quality long-term care facilities (Zakłady Opiekuńczo-Lecznicze) located in southern Poland: Ruda Śląska and Tarnowskie Góry respectively.
This marks Penta Hospitals’ fourth transaction in the long-term care sector in collaboration with VCP.
