On 7th September 2026, Endomed Janusz Romanowski sp. j. (“Endomed”) has entered into an agreement with Lux Med Sp. z o.o. (“LUX MED”) on the sale of 100% shares. The terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Endomed is a leading medical center in Radom. Over the past 20 years, the family-owned medical business has developed into the region’s leading provider of gastroenterology-related procedures, alongside a diversified platform of primary and specialist medical services.
Drawing on years of medical expertise and patient trust, Endomed is now entering a new chapter with LUX MED, establishing a strong foundation for continued growth and enhanced patient care across the region.
