- VCP acted as an exclusive buy-side advisor to Penta Hospitals Poland – the largest network of hospitals and outpatient clinics in Poland and part of the Penta Investments portfolio on the acquisition of Dom Opieki Józefina.
- Dom Opieki Józefina is a centre specialising in high-quality care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other cognitive or functional disorders.
- The acquisition marks another strategic acquisition in the long-term care segment and marks another important step in Penta Hospitals’ strategy to build a best-in-class long-term care platform.
- The addition of Dom Opieki Józefina brings the Penta Group’s capacity to over 1,220 senior care beds, with nearly 800 supported by NFZ funding and over 400 offered commercially.
- VCP delivered full-scope investment banking services, including coordination of all advisory workstreams, deal strategy, negotiation support, and ad hoc assignments.
- Vienna Capital Partners successfully secured exclusivity for the client, enabling focused bilateral negotiations and facilitating efficient deal progression.
- The transaction was signed in December 2025.
