• VCP acted as a buy-side advisor to Symfonia on the acquisition of HRTec, a developer of comprehensive HR optimization solutions
• The company is a provider of HRsys – an advanced management system dedicated to HR communication and human resources processes, HRanalyzer – system which monitors and reports HR processes, as well a DOŁĄCZDONAS recruitment platform
• With this acquisition, Symfonia further strengthened its position in the business software sector and broadened its offering of system solutions
• The transaction aligns with Symfonia’s long term strategy of expanding its ERP payroll and HR software for SMEs in Poland, and highlights Symfonia’s appetite to become significant player in the segment
• VCP supported Symfonia in the entire transaction process from selection of potential targets through deal tactics and coordination of all work streams to closing of transaction. It was the third bolt-on transaction we have organized for Symfonia since spring 2021, when MidEuropa acquired the business
• The deal is expected to be closed in June 2022
